| It is with heavy heart that I announce to you the passing of Captain Chris Good of the Goodwill Fire Company, West Chester Fire Department.
Captain Good had a medical emergency this afternoon that he succeeded to post response to a fire last evening with The West Chester Fire Department and then working his regular shift at the Mittal Steel Fire Department.
The Chester County DES, CCFCA and Chester County Hero's Fund has been in close contact with the Department and arrangements are still being discussed and made with the family.
The huge outpouring of sympathy and support for Captain Good's family and the Fire Department had been overwhelming and an inspiration to all.
