Subject: Pager coverage testing

We are preparing for coverage testing for the new paging system. Testing will involve two teams testing audio quality received, from test pages, at about 1,800 designated locations and one team in the 9-1-1 center. Testing is scheduled to run Monday through Friday beginning on 7 September through 5 October. Three Saturday's (September 8th, 15th and 22nd) are also scheduled.
Responders who would like to be involved in coverage testing, as evaluators, may sign up for a training briefing and evaluating dates times by emailing Patty Mains at: pmains@chesco.org. Everyone wishing to evaluate must attend one of the training briefings prior to their first scheduled evaluator date.
Training briefings will be held at the GSC on Westtown Road, in room 042.
on:
September 6th at 0900, 1300 and 1800.
September 13th at 1300 and 1800.
September 20th at 1300 and 1800.
Testing will be in two shifts 0800 to1300 and 1300 to 1800. All teams will deploy from the
GSC.
Your continued participation in improving the integrated communications system is appreciated. Without your assistance, meeting the FCC mandated narrow banding deadline would not have been possible.
