Frankie was a long time firefighter and Captain of the West End Fire Co.#3, Coatesville Fire Dept.

He recently retired from Chesterfield Fire and EMS, as Deputy Fire Marshal after 28 years of service and a total of 47 years in the fire service. Frankie is credited today for progressing the Chesterfield Fire and EMS to what it is today.
